Members and RBAC

Nexigon currently supports a limited form of role-based access control (RBAC) with two roles: Admin and Member. Members cannot modify the organization itself (settings, etc.) but they can access and modify devices within the organization's projects (remote access, device certificates, etc.). In the future, we plan to extend RBAC to support more granular permissions.

Inviting Members

You can invite new members to an organization through the web UI at Members → Invite User. This requires you to be an admin of the organizations. Invitations are based on an email address and there will be no confirmation whether a user with that email address exists within the system (for privacy reasons). Currently, invitations will not send an email. Instead, users are required to already have an account and then go through their invitations by clicking on the user button in the bottom left and then on Invitations.
